AML Mystery Shoppers: How Internal Compliance Monitoring Teams Can Help Ensure Your Compliance (CD-ROM)
Create an internal compliance monitoring team - the next trend in compliance procedures.

An AML program entails procedures, processes, policies, and much more, across business lines and units. All these processes that compose the institution's safeguard against money laundering have to be working perfectly 24/7, and auditing may just not be enough. Some companies have started learning from the big retailers and sending out "mystery shoppers" to test that their AML program is working across the board. Learn how to implement this new tool that can find the glitches in your compliance program before regulators do.
