Report Finds London Police Lack Resources to Fight Surge in Financial Fraud

Authorities in London aren't adequately tackling financial crime because of a shortage of resources, a group of British parliamentarians has found. London, which has arguably overtaken New York as the world's business and finance capital, has also seen a spike in reported fraud cases, about 18,000 to 20,000 per month, police told the All Party Parliamentary Group on Anti-Corruption (APPG).
