For Global Banks, US Sanctions Against International Court Would Spell Trouble

Legislation now before the U.S. Senate that would authorize designations of all officials with the International Criminal Court and possibly the Court itself would throw compliance departments into uncertainty as to how, or even whether to handle all related transactions, say analysts.
