Hamas Emptied Cryptocurrency Addresses After FBI Requested Freeze

It took Tether Ltd., a virtual asset service provider in the British Virgin Islands, nearly two days to act on the FBI's request this month to freeze $90,000 of cryptocurrency bound for Hamas, by which point the sum had dwindled below $3,000, a federal investigator has alleged.
