Justice Department Indicts Alleged Hawaladar Tied to Times Square Bomber

A Manhattan court Wednesday indicted a New York man for allegedly transferring money illegally to Faisal Shahzad, the 31-year-old man who attempted to detonate a homemade bomb in Times Square. Federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York accused Mohammad Younis, a 44-year-old Long Island man, of "unwittingly" aiding Shahzad in April when he facilitated the transfer of thousands of dollars to customers from Connecticut and New Jersey without a money transmitting license.
