The U.S. Treasury Department blacklisted a Chinese national and his chemical supply company Thursday as part of a broader American crackdown on suppliers of synthetic narcotics and their financial networks. In a statement, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) accused Bo Peng of using Kaikai Technology Co., Ltd. to distribute at least 2,000 kilograms of synthetic cannabinoids and stimulants since 2011.
