Some Jurisdictions Concerned About Financial Stimulus Abuses, Says IMF Official

While the effects of the global recession on the fight against corruption remain unclear, international officials have begun to wonder whether the stimulus efforts meant to spur the economy will also drive financial crime, according to Joseph Myers, Assistant General Counsel for the Legal Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
