Switzerland Unveils Plans for Beneficial Ownership Database, Other AML Reforms

Switzerland disclosed plans Wednesday to set up a centralized beneficial-ownership register and indicated that previous proposals to ditch an exemption that shields some attorneys and other professionals from most anti-money laundering rules are back on the table.
