U.S. Should Invoke Information Exchange Treaties More to Recover Assets, Says Private Investigator

The United States is "very weak" in retrieving assets lost abroad to criminals, and should make better use of international treaties designed to aid asset recovery, according to John Patrick Quirk, president of Boca Raton, FL-based Asset Location and Recovery International Inc.
