Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, Jr. reasserted Monday his office's plan to wind up more settlements with financial institutions accused of removing interbank wire data showing Iran sanctions violations. More The long-expected settlements, which could be announced by the end of the year, would follow over $1 billion in forfeitures obtained by the office from Lloyds Banking Group, Credit Suisse AG and Barclays Plc after investigators under former District Attorney Robert Morgenthau discovered the alleged infractions.
