The U.S. Treasury Department blacklisted two hawalas Friday for providing services to the Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan. In addition to designating Haji Khairullah Haji Sattar Money Exchange House and Roshan Money Exchange, U.S. officials accused the two owners of the former of donating money to the resistance group.
