An expected fine for Barclays Plc totaling at least $300 million is tied to the bank's removal of data on wires involving Iran, according to a person with knowledge of the matter. The British bank said in a regulatory filing Thursday that it had set aside 194 pounds (USD $308 million) and was conducting an internal review involving U.S. dollar payments to countries blacklisted by the United States.
