Chinese Lenders Continue Breaking UN Embargo Against North Korea: US Lawmaker

China's largest financial institutions are still processing transactions tied to North Korea in violation of international sanctions, a senior U.S. lawmaker claimed Tuesday. China Merchants Bank and state-owned Agricultural Bank of China are among several major lenders the United States should penalize if they do not promptly sever ties with North Korean individuals and entities, Rep.
