Puerto Rican Lender South Bank International Suspected of Money Laundering

Federal investigators are considering criminal charges against individual employees in connection to an alleged money-laundering scheme at an offshore bank in Puerto Rico, a senior FBI official told ACAMS moneylaundering.com.
