Britain Preparing Human Rights Sanctions Against Corrupt Leaders

Britain "stands ready" to impose sanctions in tandem with the European Union and other allies and is working to expand trade and financial restrictions against human rights abusers to also target corrupt officials around the world, a U.K. minister said Wednesday.
