Court Records Link PayPal, Other Apps to Disgraced Financier’s Alleged Payments

An ex-financier and his personal assistant used PayPal and, to a lesser extent, wires, cash and other peer-to-peer platforms to pay women that he allegedly imprisoned and sexually abused in his penthouse in Midtown Manhattan, civil and criminal complaints in Brooklyn allege.
