State Officials Say Loan Servicers Aren’t Keeping Up With Rising Delinquencies

Efforts to mitigate distressed mortgage loans are failing to stay ahead of soaring delinquencies, according to a study released by a group of state attorneys general and bank regulators from 11 states.
