UK Firms Filed Thousands of Incorrect Beneficial-Ownership Statements

U.K. authorities rejected nearly 70,000 inaccurate or incomplete declarations of beneficial ownership in the 18 months since requirements designed to clamp down on the exploitation of corporate entities by financial criminals took effect, a British minister claims.
