The Law Society of England and Wales said that, out of 197 responses to a survey of British lawyers, 95% of attorneys had complied within six months after the requirements went into effect in December. The regulations brought the U.K. in line with the Third European Money Laundering Directive, and mandated that attorneys check whether their clients are hiding dirty money....
