CORRECTION APPENDED: A judge's decision Tuesday to allow discussion of alleged suspicious activity at a Miami bank is likely to draw the attention of financial regulators, according to current and former examiners. The ruling allows lawyers for Niurka Sanchez, a former private banking officer, to investigate allegedly suspicious transactions as part of a wrongful termination lawsuit against Miami-based Ocean Bank.
