This week saw yet another attempt in Congress to overturn the U.S. ban on online gambling. The Internet Gambling Regulation, Consumer Protection and Enforcement Act, introduced by Representative John Campbell (R-CA) on Wednesday, would let licensed operators offer internet gambling and require them to implement anti-money laundering(AML), anti-fraud and identify theft controls.
