FinCEN Hires Former Citigroup Official to Run Data Analysis Unit

The U.S. Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network has named former Citigroup executive Peter Goodyear as the head of its Bank Secrecy Act data analysis unit. As the agency's associate director for analysis and liaison, Goodyear will oversee FinCEN's analysis of Bank Secrecy Act data for its law enforcement, regulatory and financial intelligence unit customers.
