Iran's decision to cooperate with the U.N.'s nuclear agency is a sign that the country could be prepared to make concessions to avoid further economic sanctions, say analysts. Iranian officials acknowledged Monday reports that the Persian country had allowed inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) into its Arak nuclear facility for the first time in a year, according to BBC News.
